Excellent beachfront property with great breakfast and rooms

Pet friendly. Right next to the beach and very close to the city centre with plenty of eating/shopping options. Great breakfast variety as well

While parking facilities are available within a short walking distance, they are not directly connected to the property and could be a little troublesome. Only one small lift is available for the building - fits max 2 persons with some luggage space available.

The location, the sensational view from our room, the sound of the sea. Happy staff.

The hotel is very central. Room was bit on the small side but the sea view made up for it. Great value and fabulous breakfast. Would definately return again.

Great hotel in a terrific location

Fabulous location close to the beach in Biarritz. We booked a room with sea view, and were upgraded to one with 2windows, giving views over the beach and up to the lighthouse. Breakfast was great

Very well located and very clean hotel

The view was good, you can see the lighthouse. The hotel is very well located and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful!

The hotel is really old, not well decorated, not what you see on the photos in booking. Thankfully the rooms were very clean so the stay was ok.

Very exciting and worthwhile.

I was transferred from the Windsor hotel, due to oversell, I was sent to their sister hotel, La Suites Biarritz. What a great surprise. La Suites Hotel in Biarritz was excellent with staff being Very friendly and helpful.

Would return because the staff were so kind and helpful.

Very comfortable bed, a good size and the bedding was lovely. Great lighting. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely and great staff. Bathroom clean. Lovely towels. Practical touches - soap dispenser in shower was easy to use.

The room was small and looked out onto a wall. There was some noise from above/next door.

Enjoyable

The staff were really excellent and the service very good. The rooms are good but not great. One downside is the size and speed of the single lift which takes forever to come at busy times and takes only three passengers at a time.

Nice hotel in good location but room too small

The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed comfy and spacious and the bed linen was lovely.

The room was way to small for a large double bed. There was no way to adjust the room temperature as the air con was off - they only activate it at certain months of the year to warm rooms...not cool the room down. The hotel description says "parking" but what it doesn't tell you is that it's not included in the price and you have to take the car to a multi story public car park. .

The breakfast and room service were excellent. The room itself is adequate, unfortunately a bit of electric noises but nothing major.

Nice hotel, good staff, location

Great staff, view, easy walking distance from the centre. Amazing breakfast - big coffee pot all to myself, very good and wide ranging hot and cold buffet.

Very weird having a glass shower in the middle of the room two feet from the bad. You have to be pretty body confident in front of your partner!
